Independent platform
TOP1 is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Rankings represent paid community activity within TOP1, not an official or comprehensive TikTok ranking.
Eligible use
Submit accurate public profile information. Do not impersonate creators, harass people, submit unlawful material, or imply ownership you have not verified. A supporter may pay for a creator without that creator’s approval or endorsement.
Payments and rank
Fresh bids are noncumulative. Successful payments are non-refundable under the ranking rules, subject to applicable law. Estimates are not promises. Positions change through other verified bids and moderation.
Moderation
Administrators may suspend profiles, correct information, and review reports. Legitimate financial history is retained. Claiming is future-ready and requires separate ownership verification; the sandbox has no public claim flow.
Required business details
DRAFT: add legal entity, operating address, support email, governing law, age eligibility, dispute venue, liability terms, and effective date after jurisdiction-specific review.
